If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding any shipping charges). We will refund return shipping expenses if the item was sent in error by us or if the item was damaged in shipping.

Shipping

We use UPS and FedEx to ship our products to USA and Canada. In most cases they are the least expensive methods for shipment. We may choose USPS if it will help speed up or reduce the cost of shipping the item to you. We are not responsible for fees charged to you by your receiving country. UPS and FedEX do not allow us to give them special instructions for delivery of your package.

All international orders will be shipped using USPS unless other arrangements are made at time of purchase.

Customer Information

The information that we acquire to process your order will remain in our records department for the sole purpose of servicing you as our customer. Your information will never be sold or given to anyone.

Return Policy

Here at Saucesoftheworld, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a refund or store credit. Just return the unused unopened product to us within 15 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you. It is necessary that you contact our Customer Care department Sales@saucesoftheworld.com for an RMA number first. It your items arrive broken, please let us know as soon as possible. All shipments are insured.

Inventory

Most of our items are in stock by our suppliers and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Due to volume of orders and our large selection of product, in rare cases please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
